Constantin leads strategic asset allocation and macro opportunity discussions while overseeing key client relationships at CAPLAND. He is an investment advisor to Cavamont Holdings, former CEO and CIO of General Oriental Ltd, and founding partner of Diorasis International, with over 41 years of investment management experience across traditional and alternative asset classes.
Chief Executive Officer
Konstantinos has over 41 years of private banking experience in Geneva. Before and while building CAPLAND, he held senior leadership roles at Republic National Bank, HSBC, and the CMA Group of Companies, where he was COO of a fund-of-hedge-funds platform managing about USD 3 billion across 13 funds.
Board Member
Michele is a non-executive board member, partner, and lawyer at Borel & Barbey. With 44 years of legal experience, she advises and represents financial intermediaries, managers, and distributors of collective investment schemes on regulatory, litigation, anti-money laundering, and data protection matters under Swiss law.
Board Member
Spyro is an independent legal consultant with more than 30 years of experience, notably as a partner in Legal Care SA. He has acted as trustee, executor, and director across financial and operational companies, and holds a PhD from the University of Geneva and a Master's degree in international law from the University of Cambridge.
Head of Institutional Relations
Lodewijk leads institutional relationships and contributes to investment committees at CAPLAND. He brings 33 years of experience across research, fund selection, marketing, and business development, with prior roles at Schroders, Goldman Sachs, UBS, Bruellan Wealth Management, and Odey (Switzerland).
Head of Client Relationship Management
Gregory has over 9 years at CAPLAND and is responsible for research and operations of the CAPLAND Alternatives Fund. He is an active member of investment committees, conducts investment research, and holds a BA in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship from American University in Washington, DC.
Chief Compliance Officer
Marie-Elise oversees compliance, operations, and administration at CAPLAND. She has over 29 years of experience in similar functions and previously worked at Bank MultiCommercial, Credit Suisse First Boston, and a family office before joining CAPLAND in 2013.
Client Relationship Manager
Elsa supports CAPLAND clients as an assistant client relationship manager, handling operational and administrative portfolio matters while participating in investment committees. Before CAPLAND, she worked as a private banker assistant at Rothschild & Co in Marseille and completed a master's degree in Banking Law and Wealth Management.
Client Relations
Adi has served as a client relationship manager at CAPLAND for the past 5 years, focusing on digital-asset related client relationships. He also leads trading at Altcoinomy SA and previously practiced litigation law at S. Horowitz & Co. in Israel.
